3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.4 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, w367 will require the Player to complete KYC verification by submitting a clear copy of their CNIC (front and back) and any additional documentation that may be requested. Players who fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by w367 may have withdrawal access suspended until the process is completed.
3.5 Jurisdictional Eligibility. 4.2 You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

10.2 w367's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
